Lemon cake: for a soft cake with an incredible aroma

Ingredients:
4 eggs
13 tablespoons sugar
16 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons seed oil
6 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons of water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons lemon juice
lemon peel
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add the lemon peel and juice, then milk, water and oil. Add flour and baking powder, then pour into a baking pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 40 minutes.
