Orange cake:
INGREDIENTS
2 organic oranges
120ml milk
200g sugar
3 eggs
300g flour
1 packet of baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Wash and slice the oranges and then blend them. Add the sugar and milk and keep blending.
2. Add the eggs and flour. Lastly, add the baking powder.
3. Blend for 5 minutes or until you obtain a frothy and smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan and bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Blended banana cake:
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
50ml vegetable oil
200g sugar
3 eggs
200ml milk
300g flour
16g baking powder
powdered sugar, as needed
sliced bananas
DIRECTIONS
1. Put the bananas in a blender. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs. Blend everything together for at least 8 minutes.
2. Add the milk and flour, and lastly the baking powder.
3. Once the batter has doubles in volume, pour it in a 26cm diameter cake pan
4. Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
5. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with some sliced banana.

140g butter
1 tsp limoncello
powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice and puree the pears.
2. Add the eggs, sugar, and salt.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, butter and limoncello.
4. Mix all the ingredients for 5/7 minutes and then pour the batter into a cake pan.
5. Bake at 180° C for 50 minutes.
6. Dust with powdered sugar.
