Gingerbread Cake: quick and easy to make, ready for your holiday table

Ingredients:
3 eggs
30g sugar
40g brown sugar
60g honey
90g butter, melted
80g flour
350ml warm milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/3 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Combine the spices all together. Combine the yolks with all ingredients and add spices mix. Whisk the whites. Pour the whites in the mixture and mix well. Transfer in a pan then bake it to 150°C for 50 minutes.
