Fried Bomboloni (Italian Donuts): A Fluffy Dough That Will Leave You Speechless

Ingredients:
550g all-purpose flour
200ml lukewarm milk
1 cube fresh yeast
50g butter
50g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Jam or chocolate for filling
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in milk, then mix in the flour with salt. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, the rest of the milk and melted butter. Add to the flour and mix until smooth. Let rise until doubled, then roll out and form circles. Let rise for 30 minutes and deep fry. Then fill and serve.
