Homemade bread: the recipe to make it perfect

Ingredients:
200 gr of Manitoba flour
300 grams of flour 00
1 bag of dehydrated sourdough (you can replace it with 25 g of brewer's yeast)
10 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
300 ml of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
Mix the two flour, then add the dehydrated sourdough.
Add sugar, oil and water. Stir and add the salt.
Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise for an hour.
Then roll out and fold the dough, let it rise for another hour.
Then make cuts and bake at 210 ° for 30 minutes.
