Chocolate donut brioche: the result will be fluffy and so delicious!

You definitely donβt want to miss out on a recipe like this! For you chocolate lovers, this one is divine!
INGREDIENTS

750g (6 cups) flour (all purpose)
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
100ml (0.42 cup) warm water
50g (0.25 cup) sugar
7g dry yeast
1 egg
50ml (0.23 cup) oil
1 tsp salt
20g butter
10g vanilla sugar

20g cocoa

Hazelnut cream
Chocolate drops
Roasted peanuts
Egg

METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Separate 1/3 of the dough and add cocoa. Knead. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough. Put hazelnut cream, chocolate drops, roasted peanuts in the middle. Roll up and form a donut. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Donut brush with egg and bake for 35/40 minutes at 180Β°C / 350Β°F.
