Persimmon cake: a fluffy dessert to try!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
120ml Oil
80g Sugar
300g Flour
120g Chocolate chips
300g Persimmon
16g Baking powder
Icing sugar
METHOD
- Pour the eggs into a bowl, add oil, sugar, and mix. Add persimmon pulp and mix again.
- Add chocolate chips, flour, baking powder, and mix again. Pour into a circular baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ºC (356ºF) Use a toothpick to check that it is cooked. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
