Cheese garlic potato bread: how to prepare this incredible recipe

Ingredients:
1-1/2 tsp of active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) of warm water
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour or bread flour
1 tsp salt + 1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp olive oil/vegetable oil
2 medium potatoes, boiled.
Salt, pepper, garlic, chili, follow your taste.
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese for the filling
1 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar and water. Cover for 10 minutes.
Then add flour, salt, garlic powder and olive oil.
Make a dough and leave for 60-90 minutes.
Boil and cut the potatoes, season them and make the bread.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
