Shortcrust pastry and cream cake: the delicious dessert to try absolutely

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
00 flour 200 g
Cold butter 80 g
Icy water 50 g
Salt 1 pinch
For the cream:
1 liter milk
Yolks 5
Sugar 250 g
00 flour 50 g
Corn starch or cornstarch 50 g
Lemon zest or vanilla or both
Fresh liquid cream 250 ml
Directions:
You can also make the dough by hand by mixing the flour with butter and salt, then add the water. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cream: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the flour, starch and flavorings. Add milk and cream, let it thicken on the heat.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and insert it into a mold, prick the base and add the cream. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 80 minutes.
