How to make homemade sweet panettone in a can!

INGREDIENTS
80ml (0.3 cup) milk
½ tsp sugar
7g yeast
260g (2.1 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla
½ lemon zest
1 orange zest
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 yolk
75g melted butter
Egg + milk
Hazelnut cream
Chocolate drops
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into portions. Put hazelnut cream in each serving and form a panettone. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Brush Panettone with egg and milk. Sprinkle with chocolate drops. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
