Granny sponge donuts: the amazing dessert to enjoy your free time

Ingredients:
00 flour 500 g
Sugar 300 g
Soft butter 250 g
Eggs 5
Raisins 75 g
Orange juice 1
Orange peel 1
Lemon zest 1
Milk 250 g
Vanilla 5 g
Powdered yeast for cakes 16 g
Directions:
Place the raisins in a bowl and then add the orange juice.
Then mix flour and yeast, separately mix the butter with orange and lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar and eggs. Then add flour and yeast gradually. Then assemble the donut and bake at 356°F (180°) for 60 minutes.
