Tomato omelette: ready in just 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
 Tomato
 4 Eggs
 Cheese slices
 Oregano
 Salt
 Pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Cut a tomato into slices.
  2. Place the slices on a grill and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Beat 4 eggs, add salt, pepper, and mix.
  4. Pour the egg over the tomatoes, close and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the omelet in two, place a slice of cheese on top of one side, then place the other end on top. Add another slice of cheese on top, sprinkle over some oregano and cook again for 2 minutes.
