3 eggs
245ml (1 cup) milk
120ml (1 cup) oil
200g (1 cup) sugar
70g cocoa
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
350ml (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
100g dark chocolate
10 ladyfingers
245ml (1 cup) milk
METHOD
- Melt the chocolate in warm milk.
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add milk with chocolate, oil and beat. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Beat with a mixer. Grease the form with butter. Arrange the dough and ladyfingers in layers. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Sprinkle the finished cake with coconut flakes.
