Donut bowls: fluffy and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

150ml (0.6 cup) milk
150ml (0.6 cup) water
150ml (0.6 cup) water
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
7g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
600g (4.8 cups) flour (all purpose)
Oil
Sugar
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and form donuts. Let rise for 20 minutes.
- Deep-fry. Roll the finished donuts in sugar and put hazelnut cream in the middle.
