Ingredients:
300 gr chard
100 gr mushrooms
1/2 onion
3 eggs
50 ml milk

Directions:
First, heat the chard.
Then fry the onion in a pan and add the salt. Then add the mushrooms and chard, cook.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Put everything in the muffin mold and then bake at 356°F (180°) for 15/20 minutes.
