Glazed cookies: the easy and so delicious recipe

Ingredients:
70 ml of warm milk
10 grams of ammonia for sweets
500 grams of flour 00
2 eggs
100 grams of sugar
100 gr of lard
grated lemon zest
1 sachet of vanillin
cloves to taste
Ingredients for the glaze:
250 grams of powdered sugar
lemon drops to taste
water q.s.
2 tablespoons of cocoa
Directions:
In a bowl, mix ammonia with the warm milk.
Put the flour in a bowl and add the eggs, the mixture with the ammonia, the sugar and the lard. Mix and integrate the ingredients. Then add the lemon zest, vanilla and cloves. Form a homogeneous dough and then create the biscuits. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
Icing: mix the icing sugar with lemon and water, add the cocoa for the chocolate one. Dip the biscuits and serve.
