Fluffy apple pie: a delicious cake to fall in love with!

Super fluffy and delicious, this cake is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
Cake:
3 Eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
150g (1 cup) flour 
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
100g (1/2 cup) butter
 
Filling:
2 Apples
50g (4 tbsp) sugar 
 
Decoration:
Icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. For the cake: In a bowl add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk it. Add melted butter, mix it and add flour and baking powder. Mix it all well.
  2. For the filling: Cut the apples into cubes and place them in a buttered pan. Sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Pour the cake mixture onto apples in a pan. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with some icing sugar and serve.
