Bread stuffed tart: easy, fast and so delicious

Ingredients:
375 gr flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tsp dry yeast
3 tablespoons of melted butter
250 ml carbonated
Mozzarella q.s.
Flaked almonds and pistachios
Egg for brushing
Directions:
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast and salt. Then add butter and soda. Mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
Let it rise for 60-90 minutes. Then divide it into 16 parts, stuff them and pass them in melted butter. Brush with an egg yolk and then cover with what you prefer. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
