Mushroom omelette: a easy idea for a delicious lunch!

Just pour the beaten eggs over the mushroom to make a great dish in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

10 eggs
Mushrooms
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoons of pepper
Parsley
Parmesan to taste
METHOD
- Cut the mushrooms in half vertically. Put oil in a pan and turn each mushroom upside down, place them around the pan neatly.
- Pour the eggs into a bowl, add, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Pour over the mushrooms in the pan. Sprinkle more cheese on top.
- Add parsley leaves and cook.
