Upside down orange cake: the beautiful and mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice
half a glass of soy (alternatively milk)
1 glass of white sugar
2 tablespoons of corn oil
half a sachet of baking powder
2 and a half glasses of soft wheat flour
1 orange to decorate the cake
Directions:
In a bowl, pour the juice and combine milk, sugar, oil, yeast and flour. Form a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Arrange the orange slices on the base of a mold and pour the mixture over. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
