Custard pastries: a sweet treat ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
550g flour
250ml milk
80 g sugar
6 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp of dry yeast
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Custard
Sliced almonds
METHOD
- Mix milk, egg, oil, butter, sugar, flour, and yeast. Massage until you get a smooth dough.
- Put it in a bowl, cover with cling film, and let it rise for an hour.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten well.
- Form a square and cut several strips around 2 cm wide with a pizza cutter.
- Cover cone-shaped molds with the dough strips.
- Place on a baking tray, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes. Beat an egg with a little milk and brush over each cone. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ° F).
- Fill with custard and sliced almonds.
