Baked onion: simple meal rich of taste

Ingredients:
4 large onions
Oil and vinegar to taste
black pepper
salt
Bread crumbs
Capers
Origan
Fresh thyme
Directions:
Clean the onions well, make an X. Place them in a pan with water. Then add oil, salt, breadcrumbs, oregano, thyme, pepper and capers. Finally add a few drops of vinegar. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes at 356°F (180°). Then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
