1) Salt
INGREDIENTS
Basil
Kosher salt
Olive oil
METHOD
- Wash the basil, let it dry.
- Put coarse salt in a jar, then the basil and fill with oil.

Airtight bag
METHOD
- Wash the basil, peel off each leaf and dry. Put in the freezer until frozen. Put each frozen leaf in an airtight bag.

3) Ice tray
INGREDIENTS
Basil
Olive oil
Ice-cube tray
METHOD
- Finely chop the basil, fill the ice cubes with the cut basil. Fill with olive oil and freeze.
