Fried bread without yeast: the easy and very delicious recipe

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
2 teaspoons of salt
3 tablespoons of oil
200 ml warm water
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour with salt and oil. Then gradually add the water and knead. Form a uniform dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then form loaves of 100 g each, roll them out and fry them.
Salt and enjoy this wonder.
