Fluffy and creamy sponge cake: the simple recipe to enjoy your dessert

Ingredients:
260 grams of flour 00
30 gr of bitter cocoa
4 eggs
200 grams of sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
100 ml of sunflower oil
80 ml of milk
grated coconut to taste
Ingredients for the cream:
250 grams of mascarpone
250 gr of cream for desserts
50 grams of sugar
hazelnut cream to taste
Preparation:
Whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and milk. Then add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cream: whip the cream and add the mascarpone and sugar. Then divide the cake in half, wet it and stuff it.
