Apple pancakes: the perfect breakfast to surprise your friends!

These turned out wonderful!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/4 cup) cottage cheese;
30g (3 tbsp) flour;
2 eggs;
25g (2 tbsp) sugar;
a pinch of salt
½ tsp baking powder;
2 medium green apples.
METHOD
- Combine cottage cheese with eggs, flour, sugar and baking powder. Mash everything with a fork or blend until smooth batter forms.
- Core apples and slice into circles.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on a preheated pan with some vegetable oil in it. Place the apple piece on top of the batter and press it in slightly.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with some maple syrup and powdered sugar.
