Fried mushrooms: a super tasty and easy to make side dish!

INGREDIENTS
Large porcini mushrooms
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
Parsley
Parsley
Garlic
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
- Clean each mushroom very well. Cut vertically into medium slices. Dry them well.
- Squeeze a lemon on top of them.
- Rub a head of garlic in a bowl. Pour eggs into the same bowl, add salt, pepper and chopped parsley and beat.
- Cover each slice of mushroom in breadcrumbs, then cover in the egg mixture and top with breadcrumbs again.
- Fry until golden.
