Cauliflower fritters: how to prepare a tasty and simple meal

Ingredients:
900 gr cauliflower
salt
Bread crumbs
2 tsp paprika
3 tablespoons grated cheese
2 eggs
Oil
Sauce:
900 gr tomatoes
1 bell pepper
Chili pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons oil
Juice of half a lemon
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp sugar
Preparation:
Cut the cauliflower and boil it for 10 minutes. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and then beat the eggs.
Pass the cauliflower first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. You can accompany the pancakes with pepper sauce or enjoy them alone.
