Pumpkin fritters: the easy recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
400 gr of red pumpkin
2 eggs
a handful of salt
20 ml of seed oil
80 gr of Parmesan cheese
40 ml of water
130 grams of flour 00
half a sachet of instant yeast for savory pies
Preparation:
Grate the pumpkin and squeeze it well.
Then mix the eggs with oil, water, salt, Parmesan, flour and yeast. Add the pumpkin and mix well.
Form the pancakes and fry them in hot oil.
