Bicolor pie: a delicious dessert ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
560g (4.5 cups) flour (all purpose)
3 eggs
3 tbsp starch
1 tbsp cocoa
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
220ml (1 cup) oil
200g (1 cup) sugar
Hazelnut cream
Coconut crumb
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients except cocoa. Knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Add cocoa to one of the parts. Knead.
- Roll out the dough into strips and place them on a baking sheet, alternating colors.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Cut into squares. Decorate each square with hazelnut cream and coconut chips.
