Jam brioche: a fluffy dessert to try right now!

You only need 6 ingredients to make the fluffiest brioche on the earth!
INGREDIENTS

500g (4.2 cups) flour (all purpose)
250ml (1 cup) soy milk
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
60g butter
1 egg
10g dry yeast
250g jam
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Roll out the cake and brush with jam. Roll up the roll. Put in the form. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Make cuts on top. Decorate the cuts with jam. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
