Chives and eggs in a pan: the mouthwatering meal ready in no time

Try this Italian recipe to prepare a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
500 gr of chives
5-6 tablespoons of EVO oil
half a glass of water
5 eggs
Salt to taste.
pepper as needed
Directions:
Wash the spring onions well, then cut them and wash them again.
Heat some oil in a pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then add some water and boil. Add the eggs, add salt, pepper and cover. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
