Crispy chicken legs: this recipe is family friendly and full of flavor!

INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken drumsticks
500g potatoes
250g mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3-4 tbsp flour
3-4 eggs
1 cup (200g) breadcrumbs
1 tsp of salt
2 bay leaf
8-10 pieces of black pepper
salt - 1 tsp
 
METHOD
  1. Cook potatoes and chicken drumsticks in separated pots with species. (cook 35 minutes)
  2. Cut chicken meat and mash potatoes, mix it with shredded cheese and species.
  3. Attach the mixture to the bone and dip it into the flour, egg, breadcrumbs again egg and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each.
