Molten chocolate lava cake: the secret to make it perfect!

This recipe is actually quite easy to make and ready in 20 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs

100g sugar
90g butter
25g flour
150g dark chocolate
METHOD
1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
2. Add the melted dark chocolate, the butter and then the flour.
3. Spoon the batter into the prepared ramekins and bake for 11 minutes, or until the sides of the cakes are firm but the centers are soft.

All ovens are different so we recommend you bake just one cake first to figure out the right amount of time it takes to get a perfectly soft and gooey center. (it could take anywhere between 10 and 13 minutes)
