Here's an incredible idea to surprise your guests!
INGREDIENTS

235ml (1 cup) water
10g dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp yogurt
110ml (1/2 cup) oil
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
1 egg white
2 tbsp butter
450g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)

1 egg yolk
ย
Tomatoes
Olives
Cheese
ย
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into portions. Form flowers using a glass. Put the flowers on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put chopped tomatoes and olives in the middle of the flower. Brush the dough with the yolk.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180ยฐC / 350ยฐF. Then add some cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
