Homemade churros: the secrets to make them perfect!

Making churros from scratch is so easy! Just follow my recipe and you’ll be in for a treat!
INGREDIENTS

150ml (0.6 cup) Water
36g butter
10g sugar
a pinch salt
80g (0.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
10g corn starch
1 egg
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
5g cinnamon
METHOD
- Mix flour with starch.
- Mix water, butter, salt, sugar. Heat until butter is melted. Add flour and starch and brew the dough. Transfer the dough to a glass dish and cool.
- Combine the egg with the dough. Put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze the churros into the heated oil.
- Sprinkle the churros with cinnamon sugar.
