Veggie omelettes: a fun idea for your kids!

Cut the inner part of the vegetables and pour in the egg mixture! Kids will love them!

INGREDIENTS
Pepper bell
Zucchini
Eggplant
Pumpkin
5 eggs
Mozzarella
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Ham
 
METHOD
  1. Cut vegetables into slices and cut out the insides. Cut the soft inner part of the vegetables into cubes.
  2. Beat eggs. Chopped vegetables, mozzarella, parsley, salt, pepper and ham. Mix.
  3. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan. Layout the vegetable forms and pour the mixture inside them. Fry on both sides.
