Giant multiflavor brioche: a delicious recipe to try!

It's a stunning centerpiece that nobody wants to be the first person to break into!
INGREDIENTS

500g (4.2 cups) flour (all purpose)
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
10g dry yeast
1 egg
80g (0.4 cup) sugar
60ml (0.28 cup) oil
Lemon zest
Salt
1 egg for cleaning
Hazelnut cream
Apricot jam
Peanut butter
Hazelnut grain

METHOD
- Mix flour, milk, yeast, egg, sugar, salt, lemon zest and oil. Knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the cake and make cuts. Arrange the fillings, sprinkle with hazelnuts and form a brioche. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Brush with egg and bake for 25 minutes at 180Β°C / 350Β°F.
- Decorate the cooled brioche with apricot jam and hazelnuts.
