Bottle ricotta dessert: a delicious soft nougat that everyone will love!

You only need 1 bottle to make a great sweet treat!

INGREDIENTS
 350g Ricotta cheese
 100g Sour cream
 20g gelatin
 70ml cold water
 70ml Honey
 2g vanilla
 100g dried cranberries
 100g dried apricots
 100g dates
 
METHOD
  1. Mix milk with gelatin. Let it hydrate.
  2. Mix ricotta, cream, and honey. Beat until lumps are removed. Microwave the gelatin mixture for 30 seconds and add to the ricotta mix. Cut dried cranberries, apricots, dates and add to the mix.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into an empty plastic bottle.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours. Cut into slices to serve.
