Creamy milk and almond cups: a delicious dessert to try!

INGREDIENTS
For syrup:
• 200g (1 cup) sugar
• 235ml (1 cup) water.
• crackers
 
For the pudding:
• 125 g butter
• 125g (1 cup) flour (all purpose)
• 200g (1 cup) sugar
• 1l (4.8 cups) milk
• 10g vanilla sugar
• almonds
 
 
METHOD
  1. Melt sugar in a frying pan, add water. Soak the crackers with the prepared syrup.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add flour, sugar and milk. Make the pudding. Add vanillin. Pour the prepared pudding into molds. Put the rusks soaked in syrup. Decorate with almonds.
