Chocolate donut cake: the secret to make it super moist!

Pour the milk over the cake for the best result ever!
INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
245ml (1 cup) milk
110ml (1/2 cup) oil
3 tbsp cocoa
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)

150ml (0.6 cup) milk

100ml (0.4 cup)cream
100g chocolate

METHOD
- Mix all ingredients. Pour dough into a mold for donut greased with butter. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 Β° C / 350 Β° F.
- Pour milk over the donut. Allow to absorb and remove from the mold.
- Prepare the ganache and pour over the donut.
