Ingredients:
300 gr hazelnut cream
2 eggs
Directions:
Divide the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set them aside. Beat the egg yolks and then mix them with the hazelnut cream. Add the egg whites and integrate well. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper and bake at 340°F (170°) for 40 minutes.
