Onion and potato focaccia: the tasty recipe to make easily

Ingredients:
Dough:
500 gr flour 00
5 gr dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
320 ml warm water
30 ml oil
2 tsp salt
Seasoning:
600 gr potatoes
50 ml oil
Salt to taste.
Rosemary
400 gr onion
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry them, then season with salt and rosemary. Cut the onion and cook it in the same pan as the potatoes.
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast and sugar. Then add the water and oil. Finally add the salt and mix everything until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Let the dough rise for 2-3 hours, then roll it out into the trays and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Season and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
