Egg stuffed bell peppers: the perfect breakfast idea!

Perfect for a delicious and quick breakfast or brunch!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 Bell peppers
6 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
1 Onion
50g (3 tbsp) Baked ham
METHOD
- Cut the peppers and put two eggs in each pepper. Add salt and pepper and whisk the eggs. Add chopped onion and baked ham.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
