Ingredients:
250 gr pumpkin
130 gr flour 00
40 gr milk
30 gr parmesan
20 gr oil
6 gr instant yeast for savory pies
2 eggs
Salt, paprika and nutmeg

Directions:
Grate the washed pumpkin and set aside.
In a bowl, mix flour, Parmesan, baking powder and spices.
Add the eggs, oil and pumpkin. Form the pancakes and fry them in hot oil.
