Puffy brioche: the delicious recipe to surprise everyone

Ingredients:
200 ml of water
2 egg whites
200 ml warm milk
125 ml seed oil
800 gr flour 0
10 gr salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
12 gr brewer's yeast
100 gr butter
Preparation:
Mix the water and hot milk. Then add sugar, oil, salt and egg whites. Add the crumbled yeast and then gradually add the flour. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise until doubled in volume.
Roll out the dough and fold it by adding the butter.
Then form strips and create the brioche.
Brush the egg yolks and add the chocolate chips.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 15-20 minutes.
