Yogurt and jam bars: the super tasty snack to absolutely try

Ingredients:
3 eggs
230 grams of apricot yogurt
150 grams of sugar
200 grams of flour 00
50 gr of starch or corn starch
1 sachet of vanilla baking powder
80 ml of oil
apricot or cherry jam

Directions:
Whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the yogurt. Add oil, flour, starch and yeast. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
Form your snacks, fill them and serve them.
