Parmesan spaghetti: a unique dish that everybody will love!

This Italian dish is so delicious! Give it a try!

INGREDIENTS
Sauce:
2 cloves garlic
1.5L / 50.7oz tomato sauce
Olive oil
Basil
Salt
Pepper
 
Oil
2 eggplants
500g mozzarella
700g spaghetti
Parmesan
Breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Fry the garlic in a saucepan with a little oil. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil. Boil.
  2. Chop the eggplant and fry. Boil the spaghetti. Add a small amount of sauce to the finished spaghetti.
  3. Pour a little sauce on the bottom of the baking sheet, put the eggplant and spaghetti. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Form portions. Top with mozzarella and parmesan. Pour out the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
