Fluffy kiwi cake: moist and delicious!

Pour the eggs over the kiwi for the fluffiest cake ever!
INGREDIENTS

3 kiwi
4 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
110ml (1/2 cup) oil
240ml (1 cup) milk
400g (2 cups) sugar
310g (2 1/2 cups) flour (all-purpose)
2 tbsp baking powder

METHOD
- In a blender, combine kiwi, eggs, milk, ghee and oil. Add sugar to the mixture and stir. Then add flour and baking powder. Mix.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 Β° C / 350 Β° F.
