Almond and custard bread: fluffy and delicious!

This is the perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee!
INGREDIENTS

280g / 2.2 cups flour (all-purpose)
10g milk powder
30g / 0.15 cup sugar
2.5g salt
120g / 0.48 cup yogurt
1 egg
4g dry yeast
30g / 0.13 cup butter

60g / 0.26 cup butter
60g / 0.5 cup icing sugar
1 egg
60g / 0.6 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla

METHOD
- Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts. Shape into balls and let rise for 15 minutes.
- Roll out each part, spread the filling and roll. Make a cut and place it in a mold. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake at 180 Β° C / 356 Β° F for 25-30 minutes.
